A Conservative government would: * Increase spending on the NHS year on year * Put patients in the driving seat - giving you the right to choose your GP, your consultant, your hospital * Reduce the amount of box-ticking and targets enabling NHS staff to do what they do best - looking after our health * add 4,200 more health visitors to give families the support they need * Restore access to an NHS dentist to a million people.
