David Gallagher Up Holland 2014

David is a Lancashire Parish Councillor, responsible Member for transport, the Chairman of the West Lancashire Area Committee of the Lancashire Association of Local Councils and serves on the Community Safety Partnership with the Police and Fire Authorities. He is also Deputy Representative for the 3 Tier Forum and a Primary School Governor. A champion dedicated to preserving the Green Belt, he has organised many charitable and community events.
