Tackling the cost of living crisis Families across the North West are £1,600 a year worse off under David Cameron. Normal costs of living - like the weekly food shop, or paying your gas or electric bill - are rising fast. But instead of helping ordinary families, David Cameron chooses to give tax breaks to millionaires. Labour will freeze your energy bills until 2017, expand free childcare for working parents, and reverse David Cameron's tax break for millionaires.
