There has been a planning application made to Ashfield DC for 102 new houses to be built on part of the green space off Alfreton Road.

We called it in to Planning Committee, so the discussion will be public.

ADC recommends approval, despite concerns about the impact on local highways and that it contradicts the Council's Local Plan. We will be speaking against.
