Jon Gilbey Independent candidate for Shanklin Central Ward

I am writing to introduce myself, Jon Gilbey, as a non-party politically aligned candidate for the Shanklin Central Ward in the forthcoming IW Council elections. For the last 16 years I have been an active committee member and volunteer at Shanklin Voluntary Youth Centre, and involved in many community projects including raising funds for Shanklin Theatre and Shanklin Community Library. I am presently Deputy Mayor of Shanklin Town Council and have served as a Town Councillor for the last 4 years.
