O2 application to extend opening hours

As a local resident, I know the problems caused by the O2 Academy's customers when they leave the Fuzzy Ducks night on Wednesdays. The noise is bad enough for those of us who work and/or have children, quite apart from the increased rubbish and knocking over of bins. Public urination and occasional violent incidents have also been reported.
