We believe in a Health Service free at the point of delivery: one of the reasons we promoted and secured free prescriptions and stood firmly against DUP/Sinn Fein cuts to the health budget. Good health, mental and physical, is essential, because poor healthcare goes hand in hand with poor education, poor housing and long term unemployment. We will protect healthcare provision.
