Freeze council tax for two years. Guarantee apprenticeships to qualified youngsters and offer the chance of a real job to people unemployed for six months. Not charge student tuition fees. Keep income tax the same as the UK and oppose SNP local income tax. Campaign for cuts in VAT on petrol.
