If Labour wins the Scottish elections and Iain Gray is First Minister, Labour will: -freeze the council tax for the next TWO years -oppose the SNP plan to charge you a harsh local income tax -make jobs a top priority, with guaranteed apprenticeships for youngsters -bring back support for unemployed young people to get the chance of a real job -increase low-paid public service workers' basic pay to £7.15 by cutting top-end bonuses
