A by-election has been called for the Bourn ward (Bourn, Cambourne, Caxton, Croxton and Eltisley) on the 17 February following the resignation of David Morgan to allow him to take up a new job. Clayton Hudson has been selected to stand for the Conservatives Clayton has lived in Cambourne since 2000 and has played a leading role in helping Cambourne to develop as a community while keeping a careful eye on its impact on nearby villages. He is currently Chairman of Cambourne Parish Council, and you may have seen him knocking on doors across the area recently drumming up support for faster broadband at the Caxton exchanges that serve Caxton, Bourn and Cambourne (for more details see over).
