My local issues which should have appeared are: “ – Elected Police Authorities will ensure their Members are accountable to YOU for successes and failures. YOU can then ensure politically correct dogma is dumped in favour of policing dealing with public safety and crime fighting - Parking Charges in Richmond & Bushy Parks ; nothing will be imposed without a direct vote by local people, UKIP’s policy being binding Referenda on all significant local issues”
