The Local Voice that doesn't mention it's a political leaflet

The leaflet praises the work of local Labour candidate and sitting MP Paul Farrelly, while criticising the work of the Conservative and Liberal Democrat local authorities. The main issue is that it purports to be a local free sheet and only mentions in small print on the back cover (see images) that it's a politically affiliated publication, and even then it doesn't mention the Labour party by name. My concern is that such misrepresentation is deliberately designed to obfuscate the choice of the voter.
