Leaflet instructs you to vote for "Revah's Conservatives". Isaac Revah is one of the four Conservative candidates for General Election/local election.

The leaflet asks to "put the Kehilla first", supports "local Shomrim patrols", and claims "Yitzchok REVAH: the ONLY Heimishe Yiddishe candidate - support your CONSERVATIVE neighbours!". There is some Aramaic script at the top right.

The uploader doesn't know what these terms mean. Context: leaflet was delivered near Green Lanes, a Turkish area. The Jewish area of Stamford Hill is about a mile away.
