You Need The Monster Raving Loony Party
My name is Napoleon Dynamite and I’ve lived in Sidcup for over 20 years. I’m standing in this general election as a self-funded candidate representing the Official Monster Raving Loony Party. Let’s face it, I’m not going to win it, but I’m here to give you an alternative. If you’re fed up or disillusioned with politics and politicians in this country and you want to register your dissatisfaction - or if you think everyone should just cheer up a bit, then instead of not voting please vote for me. Remember, voting is the cornerstone of our democracy, so please get out there on May 6th, exercise your democratic right and your equally democratic left and take part by voting for someone. And if enough of you vote for me or someone like me, then maybe the guys and gals in Westminster will get the message and we might finally get a sensible system of government with locally accountable MPs truly representing their local constituencies - rather than all this party political nonsense, expenses scandals and cash-for-influence rubbish that we’ve had to put up over the years.
