Kim Gandy - West Ham I am a passionate believer that membership of a vast, faceless Eurocracy, coupled with rabid political correctness are sowing the seeds of the ultimate destruction of this nation. The dangerous triumvirate of nanny state, surveillance society and suffocating health and safety diktats can, I believe, only be halted by UKIP.
My local issues are: - I want a return to genuine British values of tolerance and fairness. This cannot happen if the needs of our own citizens are not taken into account - and our own heritage and culture considered by others to be offensive. - An end to rampant political correctness and health and safety culture would forge genuine unity. Political correctness itself creates racism and discrimination - usually in the form of self-hate and apologism. We are who we are and this needs to be respected.
