Dear Resident
This leaflet is about my record as your local MP and about my work as a member of the Labour government.
I hope that you will agree with me that things have really changed in Salford, Eccles and Swinton since 1997 with the new NHS Gateway Centres, £200m being spent on rebuilding Salford Royal Hospital, new Sure Start children's centres and 15,000 jobs at Media City. Our school results are the best ever and we will have two brand new schools in Swinton and Ordsall. There are more police officers on the beat and the streets are safer.
