A three-fold in envelope to known postal voters with covering letter. All claims in "record of action" are contested by opponents.

In particular Leech says:

"..helped secure funding for a new NHS dentist on Burton Road. Dr Al-Himandi thanked John for all their (sic) hard work and support"."

This claim has been refuted via a Freedom of Information Act Request with coverage on yesterday's Spectator Coffee House.
