Health - Average waiting time for an operation under the Tories - 18 months. Under Labour - 18 weeks. Education - Spending per pupil, sustained educational improvement, newer school buildings, increased applications for teacher training - all achieved under Labour Economy - 1.7 million more jobs since 1997, apprenticeships are back, more people at university and in training than ever - all achieved despite worst global recession in history. Only Labour has a clear plan to continue the improvement.
