Give cancer patients the drugs they need on the NHS
Conservatives will make sure all cancer patients get the drugs they need, for free on the NHS: In the short term, we will use the money the NHS saves from our plans to stop Labour's jobs tax to create a Cancer Drugs Fund. This fund will be worth £200 million and will mean that cancer patients will get all the new drugs they need for free on the NHS In the long term, we will completely overhaul the way all drugs area assessed and priced by negotiating a new deal with drug companies. This will mean that all effective new drugs, not just cancer drugs are available for free on the NHS
