The Lib Dems tax plan means that no-one will pay tax on the first £10,000 they earn
This will mean millions of people will no longer pay tax and put £700 in the pockets of those who earn over £10,000.
While ordinary people people pay less, the very rich will pay more.
That's fairer taxes.
