Caroline Lucas sits in the Green-EFA block that has as co-presidents MEP Daniel Cohn-Bendit & MEP Rebecca Harms. If she were to take a moral stance against the values and behaviour of her European Green party leaders she would have to leave the Green-EFA block of which she is a member through the European Greens. That would mean that she would sit as non-inscrit and be denied access to federal state funds and parliamentary committee seats.
