Daniel Zeichner - I want Cambridge to be a city where everyone expects to succeed

Why I want to represent you [...] there are many different experiences of living in Cambridge. I believe I have the experience to represent the very wide variety of people living in our city. [...]

My vision for Cambridge I've been closely involved in the debates about how Cambridge should grow [...] I want Marshall to stay [...] I want Cambridge to be a city where everyone expects to succeed.

What a difference a generation makes [...] I was born in Beckenham, went to school in Croydon and have spent all my adult life working in eastern England [...]

Public Services Matter I've worked in both the private and public sectors and run my own business [...] I work closely with Government ministers and MPs on behalf of UNISON's 1.4 million members, mostly low-paid women.

Older people and the Health Service [...] I believe strongly in the founding principles of the NHS [...] I think that Labour's plan for a National Care Service is a huge opportunity to establish the final part of the welfare state [...]

Time for a new politics [...] if Labour wins this election I will support the move to the alternative vote system.

Experienced and Independent I'm Labour through and through - but that doesn't mean I agree with everything Labour ministers do [...] Cambridge people need an experienced representative who can stand up to party pressure [...]
