Here we go again! Re-visit the 1970s. Recall how the Labour governments of Wilson and Callaghan reduced the United Kingdom to an impoverished, strike torn wreck culminating in the 'Winter of Discontent'. There were food shortages and power cuts and the dead lay unburied.
