Jury Team European Election Manifesto

MEPs Should be free to vote in line with the needs of the UK and of their constituents and should not be required to obey any party whips. MEPs should publish details of all their expenses and outside earnings. MEPs should serve for no more than three five year terms. The European parliament should set up an Independent MEPs Complaints Commission to investigate accusations about MEPs and their staffs. Referendums should be called across the European Union whenever required by 5% of the EU's electorate.
