Andrew delivers Action on bad landlords

Andrew Smith MP has won a new compulsory licensing scheme for Houses in Multiple Occupation in Oxford after leading the campaign for action on irresponsible landlords. He invited the Housing Minister John Healey to Oxford Town Hall to meet local residents. The Minister announced changes in the law giving the Council the powers to tackle the problem of bad landlords converting family housing to HMOs.
