Law-abiding citizens fear for their safety and criminals are released early or on bail to commimt more crimes.\r\nEducation should be about ensuring excellence, giving our children the best possible start in life.  But today's education system downplays merit, prioritises government interference and ignores issues like bullying and lack of quality schools.\r\nDefence is the primary duty of government.\r\nOur roads, trains and airspace are overcrowded. Public transport and roads need improvement.\r\nObsession with carbon emissions hinders sensible measures to protect our environment and the building of much needed power plants.
